Debbie Davis

Debi is President and CEO of Davis International Trade Consulting Services and has more than 35 years of experience in international trade compliance, having led ITC programs for aerospace and defense companies across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. She has successfully led three companies through State Department Consent Agreements and, in one instance, served as the Internal Special Compliance Official.

Debi served for four years as the president of the Society of International Affairs and has been a member of the board of directors and an advisor to SIA since 1991. She also chaired the Aerospace Industries Association's International Council for three years and was a member of the council for more than 20 years. Debi was a Defense Trade Advisory Group member for 18 years and an advisor to the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative through the Industry Trade Advisory Committee on aerospace for 19 years.

Debi was the inaugural recipient of the Jill Garrison Lifetime Achievement Award from SIA in 2019 and led her team at Esterline to be named the Export Compliance Team of the Year by WorldECR in 2018.
