The CE FCPA course provides users with a basic understanding of the primary U.S. laws against bribing foreign government officials and how different U.S. agencies have enforcement responsibility. Employees will learn about the origins, provisions, applications, and penalties associated with the FCPA, as well as additional relevant legislation, including U.S. securities regulations, the Dodd-Frank whistleblower provisions, and the anti-corruption legislation of other countries.
