We review all support requests and triage based on severity and impact, ensuring urgent issues are prioritized appropriately.
Escalation & Service Feedback
If something requires urgent attention, we have a clear escalation process in place to ensure a fast and effective resolution, always following GDPR best practices. We also gather customer satisfaction (C-Sat) feedback across both Onboarding and Support Services to help us continuously improve your experience.
Getting Started with Us
Once you choose Skill Dynamics, our onboarding team supports you from the preferred supplier stage through to full launch. We use Readiness Checklists and proven processes to ensure a smooth setup – typically within six weeks.
