This webinar will examine the evolving relationship between EU export controls and the extraterritorial reach of US export regulations in an increasingly fragmented global trade environment. As export controls become central instruments of economic security and geopolitical strategy, companies operating across borders face growing compliance challenges arising from overlapping and sometimes competing legal regimes.
The session will provide an overview of the EU export control framework, including the EU Dual-Use Regulation and enforcement trends.
