Skill Dynamics welcomes a new CEO, Sam Pemberton

We are pleased to announce that Sam Pemberton has joined Skill Dynamics today to take on the role as CEO from outgoing CEO David Rajakovich who is leaving us for a new adventure having been with the company for 12 strong years.

As we enter our next chapter, Sam brings with him a wealth of experience gained throughout his career in tech across a variety of sectors that will help us drive accelerated future growth.

In his most recent role as CEO of The Learning People, Sam created significant strategic value for customers and shareholders resulting in the acquisition of the business by Cow Corner. Prior to this, he was executive chairman of Sahara Presentation Systems and CEO of EdTech business Impero. He was also previously CEO of Softel, amongst other roles.

A technologist at heart, Sam originally made his name by founding a metadata business in California that provided advanced advertising and media interactivity solutions. In addition to his primary focus on Skill Dynamics, Sam is also chairman of the National Education Group and is an operating partner at Eden Capital in New York.

Sam comments “I am extremely excited to be joining Skill Dynamics at this pivotal time, a time when procurement and supply chain professionals are more strategically important than ever before. I am truly passionate about how continuous digital training can advance the skills and standard of these vital teams on a global scale.
